mini snow globe

 These mini globes are really fun to make. I used a very small bottle cap and a squinkie ball. You can fill the bottom with tissue for snow and then make a figurine to glue in the snow.  I glued little pieces of paper on the ball for snow. Put a string through the top and you can hang it on your Christmas tree.

If you are bored, here is something you can do. These are small pictures framed with colored paper. I make the picture pop out a bit by using different materials like felt, cloth, paper etc. You can make a ton and use to decorate your room.

pencil holder

I needed some place to keep my pencils, so I made this pencil holder. It keeps all my pencils neatly on my dresser. The nice thing about making your own pencil holder is that you can match it to your room or your dresser or desk.
It's very simple to make, you just need paper, empty toilet paper rolls and scissors, glue, and felt.
Put the toilet paper tube on the felt and draw a circle with it. Cut out the circle and glue it to the bottom of the toilet paper tube. Then wrap your paper around the tube to measure. Take off the paper and cut where you want it, then decorate. Glue it on the tube. You're done!

zipper ornament

I like to decorate my backpack. Here is a picture of it. 

I made a zipper ornament for my backpack. You can make your own. 
What you'll need:
foam
felt
needle
thread
markers
glitter glue
twisty tie

Instructions:
Cut a circle out of felt and a same size circle out of foam
embroider a picture onto the felt
On the foam make a picture with glitter glue and markers.
sew them together with the pictures facing out.
Use the twisty tie to attach to your zipper.

 

Crafty Card

I had a bunch of scraps leftover from some projects so I put them together and made this really cool card. It was very fun and you can make any design you want. I used bits of string and foam pieces  and yarn and tissue paper pieces.

Just glue on any way you like. Easy peasy. Hope you try it.
